When it comes to "Visiting" characters, any race is acceptable.

Origins in Abyss

Animals
Courtesy Idea of Danielo7

Members could play an animal that wasn't an anthro if they wished - it is a large and vast world. However, the difference would be that the animal would have things more out of the ordinary with them. For example, they would still have battle moves.

Things like being to communicate with others through use of the mind, or by some other method, having elemental magic or sorcery, or being very well at performing in combat would be some added perks to make you character fit into the realm of Fable. Use you imagination - it will take you to great places with this opportunity! What you do with this race idea is entirely up to you!

Regional Origin: Desert Dunes, Desert Oasis, Haunted Forest, Uncharted Wood, Immortal Cliffs

Anthros

"Anthro" is short for "anthropomorphic." Anthros are humanoid, but with animal characteristics. For instance, an anthro might have a cat's fur, ears, whiskers, tail, and claws, but be otherwise human. Anthros can be mixtures of different animals, too - for example, Arax, a snake/cat anthro, has scales, fangs, and snake eyes, with scaled cat ears and a scaled tail. Overall they are fairly common, although individual types might be rare. Anthros typically live in small clans, and can be as varied as colors in the rainbow. Their skills and occupations are typically matched to their animalistic characteristics, and their personalities are usually suited as well. The origin of anthros is unclear, but it is believed they appeared around when humans did.

Centaur/Centauride

Frist brought from the mythology of ancient Greece and Rome, these creatures posess the body and hind quarters of a horse and the head and torso of a man. Although strong due to their hybrid nature, centaurs are said to be kind, sporting, wise and hospitable. However, character flaws of the species are their quickness to fight and their intolerance for alcoholic beverages. Centaurs are agressive drunks because of this, and quick drunks at that. It is advised never to offer a cnetaur alcohol of any sort.

There are male and female centaurs of the species; females are referred to as Centaurides. They have the same personality as the males, as a base personality, and the same inability to handle alcohol. Even so, they are said to be beautiful, with beautful horse halves of many different breeds of mares. The centaurs can have any breed of horse mixed with their human torso, and be a multitude of horse colors in this respect. Their quickness on their four hooves makes them quick travelers.

Changelings

This is a fairly uncommon species that can change form from human to a single animal shape. The clans are grouped into animal types: birds of prey, songbirds, bear, deer, canine, and the big cats. These clans are further separated into families: raptors (hawk, falcon, and eagle), songbirds (which mainly stay together), bear (polar, brown, black, and grizzly), deer (elk, white-tailed, caribou, and mule deer), canines (fox, wolf, coyote and the house-mutt), and big cats (tiger, lion, jaguar, and cheetah). There is also a clan of otter changelings who live out on the open ocean waters. Each Changeling has the ability to sense the animal/human half of another, they cannot sense a bond pair, however.

They can only Change after their 18th birthday (the coming of age). After midnight of their 18th birthday they can change at any time, anywhere, and with practice can learn to include some clothing in their shifts so they aren't totally in the nude. The month before coming of age, their strength and agility grows quickly. The person's personality sometimes reflects what they will become; songbird and deer, for instance, are usually shy and reserved, and often times bears, the most temperamental, are high-strung and easy to anger.

Dwarves

First introduced in Germanic mythology, a dwarf (in modern concepts) is a great deal shorter than humans and elves, and often of more stocky build for an overall stronger bone structure. They are said to come from the underground, where they prefer living and mining, finding resources to either sell for profit or use to forge weapons and armor. Metallurgy is an almost inherent trait to the common dwarf. Male dwarves often have excessively long beards, almost reaching their toes in length. Some even have particular accents. Females are even reputed to have beards themselves, unless consistently shaved.

The common dwarf might have a bit of antipathy towards the elves, and common distrust of everyone else. The safest and most homely place, to them, are their mines in the underground, though male and female dwarf travelers are not exactly uncommon, given a means and a purpose. With a good strength and fighting will, along with their forging abilities, dwarves are a good addition to any party, except for maybe an all-elf one.

Human

Humans are by far the most popular species of Fable Expelled. You should already know what they are so I won't go into detail on this race.

Regional Origin: Desert Dunes, Desert Oasis, Haunted Forest, Uncharted Wood

Kitsune

At first glance, kitsune may be confused with fox anthros. Unlike anthros, however, kitsune have the ability to shapeshift into a fully-fox form. They also have up to nine tails in human or fox form and a type of magic unique to their species. They are often whimsical, fun-loving, and many are polyamorous. They prefer to honor and work with nature, and are largely opposed to unnecessary violence. Kitsune tend to lean toward being easygoing and laidback, and tend to live for the moment rather than planning ahead.

The males range from six and a half to seven feet and the females from six to six and a half feet. They are often broad-shouldered and smoothly muscled, like the foxes they were made from; it is difficult, though not impossible, for a kitsune to gain weight or additional muscle. They resemble humans, but have triangular fox ears and one or more tails. These tails indicate their age: they gain a tail for every hundred years they've lived, up until their ninth. They can live up to a thousand years and are considered adults after they gain their second tail.

Regional Origin: Haunted Forest, Uncharted Wood

Half-Kitsune

Half-kitsune are often referred to by kitsune as 'halflings'. They can have access to the unique kitsune Talent or may have innate Talent from their non-kitsune parent, although they cannot have both. They also cannot shift into a fox's form. Depending on their genetics, their abilities and physical traits will vary, although half-kitsune will rarely if ever have as sharp senses and physical abilities as their parent. Most have the kitsune fox-ears, though, and they can have up to three tails. Within a kitsune clan, halflings are considered adults at 150 years of age.

Kemonomimi

(Japanese 獣耳(けものみみ) animal ears) is an anime and manga terminology describing humanoid characters that possess animal-like features. Unlike kemono characters who appear primarily animal-like, kemonomimi characters typically appear human except for added animal-like qualities, such as an added tail and ears. Often, these animal-like characteristics are part of the character's attire and can be removed at will.

List of kemonomimi characters by animal

Cat, typically called catgirls/catboys or nekomimi.
Rabbit, typically called bunnygirls or usagimimi (or usamimi for short).
Dog, sometimes known as inumimi.
Fox, sometimes known as kitsunemimi.
Bird, rarely known as torimimi.
Monkey or sarumimi.
Wolf or okamimimi.

Nahgam(or Naga)

The nahgam are snake people: Human torsos, and snakelike from the hips down. Males' tails can grow up to fifteen feet; females' tails usually average out at about twelve feet or so. Their scales are large and glossy, usually two-toned, either matching or complimenting their hair color, which has a surprisingly wide range. Hair is conventionally grown quite long, and the nahgam are always very beautiful, in a rather scary and haunting way. Skin color is somewhat limited, often golden tan or alabaster white. Height varies, especially given how far they can lift themselves with their tails. Nahgam usually go nude but for some decorations, but when climbing or crawling, they don tunics and gloves to protect their skin. They do have a fondness for gems and elaborate jewelery and are often decent jewelers.

Nahgam live in family units of up to ten surprisingly devoted mated pairs, give or take some children. Females carry a clutch of up to five very large eggs for ten months before laying them and tearing the shells off. Nahgam "clutchlings" usually learn to fend for themselves within five years.

Their diet consists of small animals and whatever fruit they can get their hands on. Like reptiles, they don't like the cold -- actually, they loathe it with a passion -- because it makes them so slow and mentally numb, so they spend as much time as possible in the sun. Come cooler times, everyone slithers to an underground den and tangle together under woven mats to keep warm as they sleep. If the weather is stormy or cold, nahgam don't leave the den at all, which can lead to crowding and bad tempers. If possible, nahgam find ways to acquire magefire to keep them warm in times when they can't stay in a den.

Nixes/Nixies

Nixies are serpentine creatures; at night, their true form is exposed when the full moon is high and bright in the sky. They gain their nourishment from the souls that they steal and consume. One can't be too careful when Nixies are out and about.

Regional Origin: Desert Dunes, Desert Oasis

Nymph (all forms)

There are many nymphs; nymphs are females among many classes of nature entities, at times bound to places or landforms. Often the companions of gods and goddesses, nymphs became the targets of the lusty, tricky satyrs. There are land nymphs and water nymphs of various types, connected to different spheres of nature. Nymphs are thus very in tune with the places in which they hail from, or stay. This deep understanding makes them good guides there.

Succubus/Incubus

In the beliefs of the Middle Ages, the Succubus was a demon who prayed sexually on men; she would assume a human form and go out in the middle of the night, and could even go as far as to take the form of the victim's lover or spouse. The Incubus was the male form of this demon, going after women. The Incubus has the same abilities as the Succubus; he can take human form or the form of the lover or spouse, and traversed in the dead of the night, seeking his prey. However, it was said that the Incubus had the extra power of paralyzing the victims or entire house so it could do its 'evil deed'. These horrible 'intimate' encounters were described as unpleasant and painful.

It can be said that the weapons of these beings are, at best, their seduction and mentioned powers.
